This brings in 4 new commits:
* c0db994 common/Makefile.inc: Factor out generation TLAs
* 3f86b0b Move `PSR_Off` out of `Power_And_Clocks_Haswell`
* 450c24c haswell: Make VGA on FDI work
* 3318bf2 Drop generation suffix from `Power_And_Clocks`
