soc/intel/xeon_sp: Improve performance efficiencies
Coverity detects performance inefficiencies as IIO_RESOUCE_INSTANCE
structure (size 623 bytes) is PASS_BY_VALUE. Fix it with
PASS_BY_REFERENCE.
