src/lib: Move trailing statements to next line
Fix the following error detected by checkpatch.pl:
ERROR: trailing statements should be on next line
The remaining error is a false positive in libgcov.c where the if
statement spans several lines with conditional compilation directives
intertwined.
TEST=Build and run on Galileo Gen2
