mb/google/dedede/var/sasuke: Configure GPP_B7 as GPO_HIGH
Configuring GPP_B7 as GPO_HIGH.
Sasuke doesn't have SAR sensor, GPP_B7 is routed to the LTE module
and is kept high so that the LTE module uses the default emission power.
