nb/intel/sandybridge: Move southbridge code to bd82x6x
Move the southbridge code to bd82x6x folder similar to the lynxpoint
implementation.
Tested on Lenovo T520 (Intel Sandy Bridge).
Still boots to OS, no errors visible in dmesg.
