payloads/external/iPXE: Update stable version
Update from commit 2afd66eb - Fri Jul 29, 2016
([pixbuf] Enable PNG format by default)
To commit fd6d1f46 - Fri Mar 31, 2017
([thunderx] Use ThunderxConfigProtocol to obtain board configuration)
This moves the stable iPXE commit forward 144 commits.
