cbtable: remove chromeos_acpi from cbtable
Since we can derive chromeos_acpi's location from that of
ACPI GNVS, remove chromeos_acpi entry from cbtable and
instead use acpi_gnvs + GVNS_CHROMEOS_ACPI_OFFSET.
