Add support for the ASUS P2B-D mainboard.
This is a pretty standard "yet another 440BX" target, so the code
is pretty straight-forward. It's a dual-CPU machine, which might need
some fixing, I'm booting with 'maxcpus=0' for now. It does boot
successfully up to a Linux login prompt, though.
