google/reef: Save DIMM info from SMBIOS memory HOB
Add support for SMBIOS memory HOB save.
Add DIMM 'part_num' info to be saved as part of SMBIOS memory HOB.
BUG=chrome-os-partner:55505
TEST='dmidecode -t 17' and 'mosys -k memory spd print all'
