sb/intel/bd82x6x/early_pch: Make use of RCBA and DMIBAR marcros
Use RCBA and DMIBAR macros to get rid of DEFAULT_RCBA and DEFAULT_DMIBAR. Tested on Lenovo T520 (Intel Sandy Bridge). Still boots to OS, no errors visible in dmesg.
