vc/amd/fsp/picasso: Add AMD code to support psp_verstage
Add the AMD supplied code (modified to work with GCC) to the vendorcode directory. Verstage will be running on the PSP as a userspace application under the bootloader, which is what bl_uapp signifies. AMD is still working on documentation for the entire PSP userspace application interface.
