drivers/i2c/tpm/cr50: Clean up timeouts
Use two different timeouts in the driver. The 2ms timeout is needed
to be safe for cr50 to cover the extended timeout that is seen with
some commands. The other at 2 seconds which is a TPM spec timeout.
