mb/supermicro/x11-lga1151: Clean up gpio.h
- remove comments (except the GPIO group), because it does not contain
useful information that helps to understand the circuit, which we do
not have;
- remove empty lines between macros;
- use a shorter PAD_CFG_GPI_INT() macro instead of
PAD_CFG_GPI_TRIG_OWN() to set DRIVER mode.
