arch/riscv: Enable FIT support
Tested on qemu-riscv.
Depends on OpenSBI integration and proper memory detection in qemu.
Boots into Linux until initrd should be loaded.
Tested on SiFive/unleashed:
Boots into Linux until earlycon terminates.
