arch/x86: Fix prefer errors detected by checkpatch
Fix the following warnings detected by checkpatch.pl:
WARNING: Prefer 'unsigned int' to bare use of 'unsigned'
WARNING: plain inline is preferred over __inline__
TEST=Build and run on Galileo Gen2
