util/amdfwtool: Clarify calculations with structures
Replace the use of multiples of DWORDs with structures that describe the Embedded Firmware Table, and PSP directory headers & entries. TEST=Verify no difference in amdfw.rom for google/grunt build (Family 15h Models 70h-7Fh), amd/bettong (F15h 60h-6Fh), and pcengines/apu2 (F16h 30h-3Fh). PSP_COMBO builds but was not verified.
