According to IPMI SPEC, it is recommended that BIOS includes provisions for checking and reporting on the basic health of BMC by executing the Get Self Test Results command and checking the result. 2019-11-22soc/intel/skylake: Refactor pch_early_init() codeUsha P

This was only used with amdfam10h-15h, where cache coherency between nodes was supposed to be guaranteed with this code. We could want a cleaner and more generic approach for this, possibly utilising .data sections.
