In the presence of self-relocating payloads, it's safer to keep
physical addresses in `libsysinfo`. This updates all the references
to CBMEM entries that are not consumed inside libpayload code.

Make sure that the type of the loop index matches the type of the upper
bound. This fixes several -Wsign-compare warnings.

This fixes a memory leak, which was partially resolved in
2d1e0eb (payloads/coreinfo: Free buffer before returning).

Read timestamps from the last boot sequence and display the information
as if using cbmem -t.
Tested on QEMU with a SeaBIOS payload.
