2019-08-08arch/riscv: Enable FIT supportJonathan Neuschäfer
Tested on qemu-riscv. Depends on OpenSBI integration and proper memory detection in qemu. Boots into Linux until initrd should be loaded. Tested on SiFive/unleashed: Boots into Linux until earlycon terminates. Add the flag '--check=crc32' to the xz compression to use CRC32 for the integrity check.
