Stefan thinks they don't add value.
Command used:

The exceptions are for:
- crossgcc (patch file)
- gcov (imported from gcc)
- elf.h (imported from GNU's libc)
- nvramtool (more complicated header)

`*memory` is not changed in `hexdump()` and just read so make it
`const`.

Representing a (non-negative) length with a signed integer is not
optimal, so change its type to `size_t`.
