2020-05-13	lib/spd_cache: add spd_cache common code	Jamie Chen
	This patch adds some spd_cache functions. They are for implementing the spd_cache. It's for reducing the SPD fetch time when device uses SODIMMs. The MRC cache also includes SPD data, but there is no public header file available to decode the struct of MRC. So SPD cache is another solution. 2017-02-10	ddr3 spd: Rename read_spd_from_cbfs() to read_ddr3_spd_from_cbfs()	Patrick Georgi

	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things.
