This also permits removal of vc/amd/agesa/f12, as it was the only mainboard using it. That will in turn allow resolving some unique Coverity issues reported against that source. This patch cleans up remaining uses of raw boolean Kconfig values I could find by wrapping them with CONFIG(). The remaining naked config value warnings in the code should all be false positives now (although the process was semi-manual and involved some eyeballing so I may have missed a few). It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things.
