Note that while these boards had entry 0x0ff0 in comparison
to 0x0ffc of the get_default_pci1234() initialisation, the
implementation of get_pci1234() unconditionally overrides
the first entry.

All these boards use the same default initialiser.
As this is initialized late after device enumeration,
it can't really be used to alter platform configuration.

This mainboard has the BSEL straps hooked up to the SuperIO
similar to the ASUS P5GC-MX and might therefore require a restart.
Tested:
- FSB 800, 1067 and 1333MHz CPUs
- USB
- Ethernet
- Serial
- 2 DIMM slots
- SATA
- Libgfxinit (VGA)
TESTED with SeaBIOS (sercon disabled) and Linux 4.19.

This board doesn't have a UART on the super I/O. Selecting this option
speeds up boot time from ~493 ms to ~416 ms.

When the BMC firmware module is installed on the KGPE-D16, the
RAM SPD multiplexer lines are disconnected by hardware from the
SP5100 GPIOs and attached to BMC GPIO lines instead.
Set the BMC GPIOs to match the state of the SP5100 GPIOs during
RAM setup.

So use macro to set them respectvely to "COREv4" and

DSDT revision is =1 for ACPI v1 and =2 for greater ACPI version.
This will cause the AML interpreter to use 32-bit integers and math
if the version is 1, and 64-bit if the version is >=2.
Current spec version is 2 for ACPI 6.2-a.

On some boards the devicetree and Function Disable register did not
match. In this case the FD values are put in the devicetree as these
were the values that were actually used in practice.
A complete devicetree will make it easier to automatically disable
devices in ramstage.

Instead of having the code for the RAM init time stamps in each
mainboard’s `romstage.c`, factor it out to the northbridge code, done in
commit 771328f7 (intel/i945: add timestamps in romstage).

There are some small mistakes in these recently-added mainboards:
- board_info.txt: Lists board socket incorrectly.
- cmos.default: Loglevel was decreased some time ago.
- devicetree.cb: Spelling mistake.
- Kconfig: Mainboard name does not have a hyphen.

And here comes the mess...
This just renames do_hard_reset() to do_board_reset() and keeps current
behaviour. As these are never called from chipset or board code but only
from common code, it's likely that their implementations are untested
and not what we actually want. Also note, that sometimes implementations
for rom- and ramstage differ considerably.
