2015-05-21	Remove address from GPLv2 headers	Patrick Georgi
	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things. 2015-05-20	acpi: make fill_slit and fill_srat into arguments.	Vladimir Serbinenko
	SLIT and SRAT are created this way only on amdk8 and amdfam10. This saves the need of having a lot of dummies. 2013-11-15	qemu: load acpi tables from fw_cfg.	Gerd Hoffmann
	Starting with release 1.7 qemu provides acpi tables via fw_cfg. Main advantage is that new (virtual) hardware which needs acpi support JustWorks[tm] without having to patch & update the firmware (seabios, coreboot, ...) accordingly. So if we find acpi tables in fw_cfg try loading them, otherwise fallback to the builtin acpi tables.
