2017-08-20	mb/gigabyte/ga-b75m-d3v: add libgfxinit support	Bill XIE
	On this device libgfxinit successfully initializes textmode and framebuffer mode on the device connected to the HDMI1 port. VGA port is not tested, due to lack of VGA with valid EDID. Every ports works on GNU/Linux with kernel version 4.9+80+deb9u1. Due to limitations within the libgfxinit's current build system, it needs "select NORTHBRIDGE_INTEL_IVYBRIDGE" to work, even it is PCH instead of CPU for which libgfxinit should be configured here. 2015-10-31	tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright header	Patrick Georgi
	It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things.
