2020-01-10src: Remove blank acpi_tables source filesKarthikeyan Ramasubramanian
Due to build rules, dummy acpi_tables source files were added in many mainboards. With commit 1e83e5c61a3aa98f58f7d8cbf8d1eb9532896cc3 ("src/arch/x86: Build mainboard acpi_tables source if present"), the build system will build mainboard acpi_tables only if present. Remove the dummy/empty/blank acpi_tables source files. BUG=None TEST=Build test with some google mainboards. 2016-12-05mainboard & southbridge: Clear files that are just headersMartin Roth
These headers & comments indicating a lack of functionality don't help anything. We discourage copyrights and licenses on empty files, so just clear these. 2015-10-31tree: drop last paragraph of GPL copyright headerPatrick Georgi
It encourages users from writing to the FSF without giving an address. Linux also prefers to drop that and their checkpatch.pl (that we imported) looks out for that. This is the result of util/scripts/no-fsf-addresses.sh with no further editing. Remove the acpi_tables.c functions so these functions can move to SOC init code. The file itself is included by x86/arch code and must exist for the build to succeed. The constants defined in thermal.h are never used since there is no defined thermal zone. Remove it to result in less code to worry about in board ports.
