They're listed in AUTHORS and often incorrect anyway, for example: - What's a "Copyright $year-present"? - Which incarnation of Google (Inc, LLC, ...) is the current copyright holder? - People sometimes have their editor auto-add themselves to files even though they only deleted stuff - Or they let the editor automatically update the copyright year, because why not? - Who is the copyright holder "The coreboot project Authors"? - Or "Generated Code"? Sidestep all these issues by simply not putting these notices in individual files, let's list all copyright holders in AUTHORS instead and use the git history to deal with the rest. Make a new Kconfig symbol for using soc//stoneyridge. This code also supports Prairie Falcon is backward-compatible with Carrizo and Merlin Falcon. Although Bettong uses Carrizo, it does not currently rely on stoneyridge source, so it is unaffected by this change. 2018-11-28mb/google/kahlee: Update vBIOS used for aleenaRichard Spiegel
The aleena board uses a display that's not compatible with current VBIOS. A VBIOS specific for aleena has been merged into blobs, so modify Kconfig so that it loads the new VBIOS when building aleena, but load original VBIOS for all other boards under kahlee folder. After each build, opened build/config.h and searched VGA_BIOS_FILE to verify that the string only changed for aleena, all other boards remained with original string. We should use active-state power management where possible to reduce power consumption during normal operation. Enable these options. Linux does not seem to enable this for AMD, and the Intel code in coreboot does enable these options. PCIEXP_COMMON_CLOCK is enabled also, to follow how Intel does it. Until now, chromeec was doing keyboard initialization for the boards that have DRIVERS_PS2_KEYBOARD selected. However, coreboot does not leave the keyboard controller in a default reset state. This could result in payloads or OS failing to probe the controller as there could be stale data buffered in the controller during the handoff. Since the boards using chromeec already perform keyboard initialization in payload, there is no need to initialize the keyboard in coreboot too. This change gets rid of DRIVERS_PS2_KEYBOARD selection from all google mainboards using chromeec. Grunt is the baseboard and has soldered down memory, so add it for the default weak SPD functions and build the SPDs in cbfs.
