2019-10-24	mb/siemens/{mc_apl1, mc_bdx1}: Remove offsets from flashmap files	Werner Zeh
	As fmaptool can now handle the offset computation for every mentioned region in the fmap file on its own there is no need to provide the offset in the fmd file anymore. This patch clears this out so that the files are way more readable now. 2019-09-30	mb/siemens/mc_bdx1: Enable VBOOT	Werner Zeh
	Enable VBOOT in Kconfig and provide a flashmap that includes all the needed sections for VBOOT support.
