2014-12-20	AGESA: Add OemCustomize hooks structure	Kyösti Mälkki
	We should potentially provide an OEM platform hook to manipulate parameters around any entry point to AGESA. Use structure for such ops to avoid weak functions and lots of empty function stubs. We expect most of the added fixme.c file to be written without use of AMDLIB.h and parts relocated as northbridge enable_resources().
