2020-05-11	util/nvramtool: Remove "this file is part of" lines	Patrick Georgi
	As requested by Stefan. For nvramtool some of these lines are part of a paragraph of fluff, so manual processing was easier than adapting the script used for the rest of the tree. 2017-06-07	Use more secure HTTPS URLs for coreboot sites	Paul Menzel
	The coreboot sites support HTTPS, and requests over HTTP with SSL are also redirected. So use the more secure URLs, which also saves a request most of the times, as nothing needs to be redirected. 	As per discussion with lawyers[tm], it's not a good idea to shorten the license header too much - not for legal reasons but because there are tools that look for them, and giving them a standard pattern simplifies things.
