BaseTools/Conf/XMLSchema: Reformat XML using Visual Studio 2013
There are no functional changes in this patch. The only change is to the XML format, updated using Visual Studio Edit->Advanced->Format Document. Different XML Schema editors use different formats for indentation and line breaks. Visual Studio 2013 uses a two space indentation for content.
