BaseTools Scripts: Add MemoryProfileSymbolGen.py
This tool depends on DIA2Dump.exe (VS) or nm (gcc) to parse debug entry. Usage: MemoryProfileSymbolGen.py [--version] [-h] [--help] [-i inputfile [-o outputfile]] Copyright (c) 2016, Intel Corporation. All rights reserved.
