NetworkPkg: Fix Assert issue in iSCSI driver.
The bug existed in replacing AsciiStrToUnicodeStr with AsciiStrToUnicodeStrS,
since MacString now is a pointer, the value sizeof(MacString)/sizeof (MacString[0])
is not correct here as the third parameter.
