OvmfPkg: AcpiS3SaveDxe: drop EFI_ACPI_S3_SAVE_PROTOCOL
At this point, nothing in the OVMF build calls EFI_ACPI_S3_SAVE_PROTOCOL
member functions; simplify the code by dropping this protocol interface.
