Add FirmwareUpdate application
Add FirmwareUpdate application for Minnnowboard 3, which is for updating 8MB SPI NOR flash. Contributed-under: TianoCore Contribution Agreement 1.0 Signed-off-by: zwei4 <david.wei@intel.com>
