SourceLevelDebugPkg DebugAgentLib: Convert X64/AsmFuncs.asm
The BaseTools/Scripts/ConvertMasmToNasm.py script was used to convert
X64/AsmFuncs.asm to X64/AsmFuncs.nasm.
And, manually update the wrong replacement with 0H.
