2010-07-02Remove ArmEbPkg and replace with ArmRealViewEbPkg. Ported ArmRealViewEbPkg ↵andrewfish
to have a PEI phase, and added place holder CPU PEIM to ArmPkg. just stubs and need to get filled in. Also debugger scripts are just copies of the BeagleBoard scripts and need to be ported. Compiles with all build 3 build scripts.
