This gIdleLoopEventGuid event signals the Cpu that it should go into the idle state waiting for any events. Previously the CPU driver had a dependency on the GIC driver. But by design is should be the opposite. The CPU driver installs the CPU protocol that exposes the exception registration function. Including a light weight command line shell. BeagleBoardPkg - Platform specifics for BeagleBoard. SD Card works, but USB has issues.
