Add additional structure to get file meta-data information from BootMonFS
based files. AXF files are processed by the Flash loader and the ELF header
stripped. The relevant information is stored in the file-system.

This fixes a bug whereby the image description is written over file data when
the file's size is close to a multiple of the block size.

This prevents writing to a garbage location if the file has not been flushed
before, as its BlockStart and BlockEnd are not set.
