2011-09-22ArmPlatformPkg: Introduce ArmPlatformGlobalVariableLiboliviermartin
This library hides where the 'XIP' Global Variable are located in the memory. It is expected the Sec/PrePi modules define the Global Variable area through the GlobalVariable HOB.
