2007-09-12GenVtf tool open/write file with "r+b"/"w+b" attribute, but this cause the ↵htao

2007-08-15Fix two bugs in GenVtf.cmdkinney
1) There is a check for a specific number of command line arguments. This does not work when there are optional arguments like -v for verbose. 2) The check for the verbose flag checked for 'v' and '-'.
