2008-12-26	Upgrade both PACKAGE_VERSION and PLATFORM_VERSION to 0.5 as major function ↵	qwang12
	has been implemented including: 1) Verification with EDK style Chipset and Platform modules 2) Verification with EDK II cores + Compatibility Modules + EDK style Chipset and Platform modules. 3) Package level build Verification for these build combinations: 1) EFI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION=0x00020000 and PI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION=0x00009000 2) EFI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION=0x00020000 and PI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION=0x00010000 3) EFI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION=0x0002000A and PI_SPECIFICATION_VERSION=0x00010000 No major incompatible changes.
