2009-03-101. retried PrimaryConsoleInDeviceGuid, PrimaryConsoleOutDeviceGuid and ↵vanjeff
PrimaryStandardErrorDeviceGuid. Consplitter will not install these protocols any more. 2. added logic in Bds to check console handles in System table, if no console handle assigned.
