1. Usage information in INF file comment blocks are either incomplete or incorrect. This includes usage information for Protocols/PPIs/GUIDs/PCDs/HOBs/Events/BootModes. 2013-07-26Add 4 APIs to DevicePathLib: ConvertDeviceNodeToText, ↵Ruiyu Ni
ConvertDevicePathToText, ConvertTextToDeviceNode and ConvertTextToDevicePath. Add a new instance of DevicePathLib which tries to locate the protocol and if it's not found, it uses the internal functions.
