2010-09-09Improve PXE Over IPv4 performance:hhuan13
1. Stop UdpWrite instance upon return from EfiPxeBcUdpWrite() to avoid mass pkgs enqueue to this useless instance in Udp layer. 2. Ip4OutPut()->Ip4IpSecProcessPacket() line 511, each time "reconnect -r", IpSb is re-allocated in IpDriver.Start(). But only when the first time, IpSb->OldMaxPacketSize = IpSb->MaxPacketSize; For the sequential reconnect, IpSb->OldMaxPacketSize is left dirty.
