2010-12-30Fix issue when BaseDebugLibSerialPort is combined with ↵mdkinney
BaseSerialPortLibNull. It will ASSERT() due to the recent addition of a CONSTRUCTOR to BaseDebugLibSerialPort that calls SerialPortInitialize().
