2010-03-21OVMF: Add Block MMIO protocol definitionjljusten
This protocol is similar to the standard UEFI BlockIo protocol, except it has no function calls and simply defines a base address in memory where reads & writes for the block device should occur. Align the PE32/32+ images in the ROM for XIP (execute in place) images to function properly following the change in r9327. Also, convert pre-memory PEIM's to use the TE image format and strip-relocation data from image.
