an issue in it which will cause incremental build failure. And it seems that there's not much improvement on build performance of Intel compiler. for IA32, X64 and EBC architecture because nt32 cannot be debugged with source. In addition, fwimage will fix the subsystem field later. So, for better compatible with more tool chain, it's ok to just use CONSOLE.
