cpu: Remove the InOrderCPU from the tree
This patch takes the final step in removing the InOrderCPU from the
tree. Rest in peace.
The MinorCPU is now used to model an in-order microarchitecture, and
long term the MinorCPU will eventually be renamed InOrderCPU.
