<dd> Display a table listing the contents of the portfolio.
<dt> x <i>N file</i>
<dd> Extract <i>Nth</i> entry to <i>file</i>.
<dt> a <i>file name</i>
<dd> Add contents of <i>file</i> as an entry named <i>name</i>.
</dl>
<p>
For safety, only use ASCII characters in entry names for now.
